This is a Guaranteed results 4 week Fat Loss program where you will:-
- attend 2 sessions per week
- receive our simple to follow nutrition plan
- receive our nutrition plan friendly ecook book
- work in a smaller group for more one to one attention
Sessions are progressive in TurboBox plus.
